Our Policy

Payments

To secure services, an initial contract will be signed by both parties listing specifics of order. In addition, a deposit of 25% (including tax) will be due upon signing. Sixty days prior to your event date, an additional 25% will be due. The final 50% balance of your order, is due at delivery if paid via money order, cashiers check, or cash. Sorry we do not accept personal checks. If paid via debit or credit we accept, Visa and Mastercard. The balance of your account will be processed on the Tuesday prior to delivery.

Cancellations

In the event client decides to cancel reservation, all payments are non-refundable.

Delivery and Pickup

All delivery and pickup charges are based on door to door service with normal access. Please indicate at time of reservation if unique circumstances may be encountered with delivery. Unusual circumstances would include stairs, elevators and long distant carries. In these situations additional labor fees will be charged.

When ordering a Kitsap Event Rental Package all delivery fees are included, as long as event happens within: Kitsap County. If packages are reserved outside of our immediate service area, additional charges will apply.

Round Trip Delivery Fees for Individual orders (not packages), are as follow:

$75.00 - Port Orchard, Belfair, Olalla, Vaughn, Allyn

$100.00 - Bremerton, Silverdale, Gig Harbor, Lakebay, Longbranch, Grapeview

$125.00 - Poulsbo, Seabeck, Bangor, Keyport, Suquamish, Port Gamble, Union, Tahuya, Fox Island, Crosby, Holly

$150.00 - Bainbridge Island, Kingston, Hansville, Shelton, Hoodsport, Skokomish, Potlatch, Harstine Island

$250.00 - Port Townsend, Port Ludlow, Port Hadlock, Chimacum, Quilcene, Brinnon, Lake Cushman, Lilliwaup, Marrowstone Island

$300.00 - Sequim, Port Angeles

$500.00 - Joyce, Elwha, Nature Bridge

* We do not provide pickup service for any jobs after 6:00 p.m.

Setup and Tear Down

When ordering a Kitsap Event Rental Package all set up and tear down fees are included.

On itemized orders, the following rentals include set up and tear down in the pricing:
Tents, Lights, Leg Drapes, Side Walls, Staging and Dance Floors.
We do not provide set up service for the following:
Table Linens, Napkins, Table Skirting or any Table Settings.
If you would like us to set up Tables and Chairs, pricing is $50.00 per $500.00 of rented item.

For example:
$1.00 - $500.00 = $50.00
$501.00 - $1000.00 = $100.00
$1001.00 - $1500.00 = $150.00

Damage and Responsibility

Responsibility for rentals remains with client from time of delivery till pickup. While in your possession, please be certain that items are secure and protected against theft, vandalism and weather conditions. Customer is liable for all breakage, damage and lost inventory and will be billed accordingly. Shortages or damaged items must be claimed prior to event or will be considered rented as promised.
All rental charges are for time out, even if not used.

We service Kitsap County, Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton,
Port Townsend, Port Angeles, Silverdale, and Mason County.
